Facing the "Present" and Designing the "Future": iPSF Treatment

"I've had the treatment, but I don't know what changed."

"It was expensive, but I couldn't feel the effect."

We respond to those questions with Nobel Prize-winning technology.

Our clinic uses "iPSF," a component born from Japan-originated iPS cells. Created starting from your own cells, this component has the potential to provide a more tangible sense of change that conventional regenerative medicine could not reach.

At RBN my place clinic, what we value is not just "feeling like you did something," but ensuring patients are satisfied with the daily changes. To achieve this, we design the entire medical experience from pre-treatment planning to post-treatment follow-up as a single unit, guiding the value of iPSF to its maximum efficacy.

For those interested in regenerative medicine but unsure where to receive it, we want to deliver the criteria of "Design and Transparency."

MISSIONNever let the treatment be "once and done."

Aligning patients' goals with treatment, we support "satisfying changes" through design and transparency.

MISSION

VISIONEstablishing iPSF treatment in society

Establishing iPSF treatment in society as a "new option" that increases the degree of freedom in life design.

Making standards and experiences that can be chosen with conviction the new industry standard.

VISION

METHODPDCA Medical Experience

How do we deliver care that goes beyond a single procedure?
Our answer is a continuous cycle of care: the PDCA approach to regenerative medicine.

Regenerative medicine, especially treatments using stem cells or iPS cells, is not something where you "change just by receiving it."

The optimal approach varies depending on each patient's physical condition, goals, and lifestyle.

Therefore, at RBN my place clinic, we design treatment not as a "one-off event" but as a "continuous process."

By going through the cycle of planning, doing, checking, and acting together with you, we maximize the effects of iPSF.

Plan

PPlanTreatment Planning Based on Your Life Design

The first step is to clarify "how you want to be."

In counseling, we ask not only about your current concerns but also about your priorities in work and life, acceptable downtime, and future outlook.

Based on this, a physician organizes objectives, priorities, and risks to design a treatment plan just for you.

"Why this treatment?" "How is it different from other options?"

Even for those new to regenerative medicine or iPSF therapy, we explain the rationale clearly.

Do

DDoExecution that Stays True to the Plan

We carefully execute treatment according to the plan.

We use "iPSF" manufactured and purified under the quality control system of I Peace × REJU.

We only provide stable quality iPSF made in facilities that have obtained a permit for manufacturing specified cell products from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.

"I don't know where it was made" or "There are variations in quality"

We eliminate such anxieties and deliver a transparent treatment experience.

Check

CCheckFollow-Up System to Increase Result Resolution

Post-treatment progress confirmation is a crucial step for deciding the next move.

"Are there effects appearing?" "Should I continue as is?" "Is an adjustment necessary?"

We monitor progress from both data and the patient's actual experience, even presenting criteria for the next judgment.

We assess the necessity and move toward a choice that is neither too much nor too little.

We look for the optimal balance—neither "too much" nor "not enough"—together with you.

Action

AActionMoving Toward Your Ideal Self

Treatment is not the goal.

Our aim is to increase the time patients can spend as their "ideal self" through treatment.

We support you in achieving a state that leads to daily comfort and confidence, moving toward your ideal self.

Let's aim for results that make you feel "I'm glad I had the treatment" together.

A Three-Part System: Collaboration of I Peace, REJU, and RBN

A Three-Part System: Collaboration of I Peace, REJU, and RBN

To deliver iPS at "maximum efficacy," essential elements must not be fragmented.

In expensive regenerative medicine, patients' greatest concern is often "Can I really trust this?"

At RBN my place clinic, three specialized institutions collaborate from manufacturing to treatment and post-treatment support.

By clarifying each role, we ensure the transparency of the delivery system.

MISSION

To reduce the burden on patients suffering from diseases and support healthy people in maintaining a high quality of life. To realize a future where all people naturally possess their own iPS cells and can enjoy their benefits.

Proprietary Automated Manufacturing Technology

Conventionally, producing clinical-grade iPS cells cost several hundred million yen per person per year at a single facility, making mass production impossible.

I Peace developed a proprietary automation platform combining advanced biotechnology with leading-edge robotics and fluid technology. This realized technology that can manufacture iPS cells derived from multiple donors simultaneously in a single facility without contamination risk.

This has enabled the production of hundreds of GMP-grade iPS cell lines annually, supporting supply to pharmaceutical companies as well as individual iPS cell banking services.

REJU: iPSF Purification & Supply

Challenging aging with iPS cell regenerative medicine technology

REJU (REJU Co., Ltd., Minato-ku, Tokyo) is a specialized company that extracts and purifies active ingredients from iPS cells manufactured by I Peace and provides them as "iPSF (iPS Factor)" to medical institutions and the beauty field.

OUR DREAM

To make people's lives more youthful, beautiful, and rich through iPS cell technology. We aim for a future where everyone in the world can enjoy the benefits of iPS cell technology, achieving whole-body health at the cellular level.

What is iPSF? — Regenerative factors born from iPS cells

iPSF refers to "iPS factors," which are components extracted during the culture of iPS cells.

iPSF is rich in 200–300 types of bioactive proteins, including cytokines and exosomes that promote cell activation and regeneration. Created by applying "regenerative medicine" technology, it is the first component in the world to be registered as an ingredient with the U.S. PCPC (Personal Care Products Council), an international standard.

Three Characteristics of iPSF

Feature01

Extracted component of "iPS cells," the rejuvenation cells

iPS cells, a type of stem cell, possess a unique property not seen in other stem cells: "rejuvenation (reprogramming)" occurs during the production process. This "rejuvenation" is the major point of difference between iPSF and other stem cell-derived components.

rejuvenation (reprogramming)

Feature02

Contains new components in addition to existing growth factors

iPS cells are known to produce several unique components during the culture process that are rarely found in other stem cell culture extracts or PRP, in addition to growth factors.

Novel factors

Feature03

Unique effects not found in other stem cell-derived products or PRP

In addition to cell proliferation effects by growth factors, unique effects such as whole-body activation and anti-stress actions have been confirmed.

Supports whole-body activation and stress resilience
Mechanism of Action of iPSF

The components contained in iPSF are expected to be effective in the following areas.

Area Expected Effects
Beautiful Skin & Aging Care Promotion of hyaluronic acid and collagen production; approaches to dryness, spots, wrinkles, and sagging.
Hair Growth, Beautiful Hair & Scalp Care Activation of dermal papilla cells, promotion of blood circulation, improvement of scalp environment.
Promotion of Wound Healing Promotion of regeneration from cell damage.
Commitment to the Quality of iPSF

iPSF is manufactured under strict control and can be used with peace of mind. The production technology is patented, and because it is concentrated through a special extraction process, high effects can be obtained with a small amount.

  • Unique special extraction process
  • Derived from high-quality cells suitable for medical use

Greetings

I have been assisting with beauty, such as rejuvenation and improvement of complexes, mainly through changes in outward appearance at myplace beauty clinic, a cosmetic surgery clinic led by a board-certified plastic surgeon in Shinsaibashi. While being involved in cosmetic medicine for many years, I have come to think that the recent global trend of "Longevity"—the concept of enjoying a long, active life while maintaining health and youthfulness rather than just "long life" or "living long"—is the true beauty we should aim for. More than 10 years after Dr. Shinya Yamanaka's iPS cells won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, we are finally able to produce our own iPS cells at a private level. By producing iPS cells for future medical use and, for cosmetic medicine, extracting iPSF (iPS Factor) from the culture medium for procedures, rejuvenation at the cellular level has become possible. RBN my place clinic was established to utilize this technology and deliver the ultimate beauty to everyone. Of course, we also perform cosmetic procedures by board-certified plastic surgeons, and as a clinic with a perfect system for beauty, please feel free to visit us with peace of mind.

Greetings

In plastic surgery, I have faced many cases such as trauma, congenital anomalies, and reconstructive surgery, performing treatments aimed at achieving both "function" and "beauty." Deep understanding of anatomy and careful surgical techniques are also important foundations in cosmetic medicine. What I value in cosmetic medicine is bringing out the original charm of that person. Instead of changing excessively, I aim for a natural finish that leads to the person's confidence. Also, I am involved in medical care while raising a child. Even in busy daily life, I want to stay true to myself and cherish cuteness and youthfulness—I want to provide medical care that empathizes with such feelings. Utilizing my experience as a board-certified plastic surgeon, I strive for medical care that balances safety and natural beauty. Through careful counseling, I will propose the optimal treatment for each individual. Please feel free to consult with us about even the smallest concerns.
